The EUROX^® FH-System extractive measurements on glass conditioning systems is very reliable also in near stoichiometric conditions. The gas to be investigated is heated up and catalytically decomposed. After reaction the oxygen content is measured at equilibrium and converted.

Up to 12 heating zones can be observed and analysed with one EUROX^® FH-System.

Visualisation of EUROX^® FH-System is done via visualisation unit of OM-4 and via PLC. Evaluation is also done via OM-4 multifunctional unit. Adapted to the application and number of observed heating zones, all evaluated values are presented.

The following evaluations can be offered:

SENSOR TEMPERATURE IN °C, CELL VOLTAGE IN mV

• Standard values of the measurement
• Output from sensor

LAMBDA

• Lambda value of the actual combustion condition when firing the premixed gas
• Basis for measurement evaluation

 O2 CONTENT IN PREMIXED GAS IN %

• Calculated oxygen content in the premixed gas before firing

MEMORY MODULE

• Internal memory that gives the measurement a memory to detect long-term trends or drifts and to compare the current readings with values from the past

SELF-CHECK MODULE

• Various internal checks and monitored values to prevent malfunctions of the measuring system
