Shield gas regulation station is used to adjust the nitrogen and shield gas flow in the tin bath. Each shield gas regulation station has shield gas supply regulation line and nitrogen supply regulation line. Actual flow in each line can be controlled by the flow meters (2)(6). Flow rate can be adjusted manually with the control valves (3)(7). Shield gas and nitrogen supply can be completely cut off with the manual shut-off valves (1)(5).
Each line has a bypass which can’t be cut off. Thus, the continuous nitrogen and shield gas supply can be guaranteed. Flow rate in the bypass can be adjusted manually with the control valves (4)(8).

Nitrogen regulation station is used to adjust the nitrogen flow for purging (cleaning of the tin bath equipment). Each nitrogen regulation station has several nitrogen supply regulation lines. Actual flow in regulation line can be controlled by the flow meter (2). Flow rate can be adjusted manually with the control valves (3). Nitrogen supply can be completely cut off with the manual shut-off valves (1). Each line has bypass which can be cut off with the shut-off valves (4).
